HP Universal Print Driver
HP’s Universal Print Driver virtually eliminates the need for IT staff to manage individual print drivers and makes printing easy for users by providing one driver and one interface for all networked HP printers. You’ll no longer have to download or find driver CDs. Plus, you won’t need to install separate drivers for each print device, so access is easy and productivity improves. From driver setup to custom configurations, such as user color restrictions, one driver does it all.

HP’s Webjet Admin delivers value and efficiency, along with advanced security. Among its great features are:

Remote management
Easy to install and use! Through a standard Web browser, users can configure devices, conduct remote diagnostics, update firmware, and organize devices into groups.

Proactive management
Perform batch management of MFPs including fleet configuration of digital send to e-mail and fax settings, allowing you to configure many MFP devices at the same time.

Automatic notification. Printer alerts and real-time status reports can be e-mailed automatically. You can preset the printers to be monitored, the content of the message, and the receiver of the notification.

CBT offers Informa software to enable you to reduce your operating costs and increase your productivity through our document imaging and content management solutions.

In partnership with Hewlett-Packard, Informa software delivers a solution that eliminates the time spent searching for documents and the cost of making unnecessary copies.

With Informa, you simply scan from the front panel of an HP multi-function printer (MFP) and file your document with a few keywords. Unlike copier-based MFPs, IQmfp allows the input of index keywords from your desktop.

All document types and search fields are custom-definable. IQmfp will also capture documents from MS Office applications or any Windows file type through the native Windows "send to" feature with a few keystrokes.

Security at the document type, user and group levels insure that only authorized users gain access to documents.

Using an intuitive browser-based search, IQmfp can find documents by keywords or data ranges. Documents are displayed in the industry-standard Adobe® PDF Reader, allowing you to save, print, e-mail or even fax as necessary.
